Comments of the evaluator:
Regarding the previous results list: I made a typo twice during processing – OM8AQ has a result of 4453, not 4553, and OK2BME should have 4292, not 4290. I did not find any other mistakes... I did not personally participate in the last two rounds of the race, nor do I have any comments or knowledge from other participants. Comparing with the participation and results achieved in the 11/2002 round, I find that a total of 57 reports were sent, while the 1st OK1IF reached 99 × 85 = 8415 points.

From 1.7.2004 – 1st round XV. year, there are two changes in the proposals:

It changes in point CATEGORIES the content of the QRO marking such that: QRO = power more than 5 W / maximum 100 W.

It changes in point SOLD CODE the content of the CODE label such that: the sold code/multiplier has three places = one letter and two numbers. For example, until now A163 was valid, from the new year it will be A16.
I remind those interested in diplomas of the possibility to obtain S-OK-CW even without ownership QSL just for participating in the race KVPA. Information and conditions are in the section ZAVODY@OK and CZDIPL@OK.
