Otherwise, you have to complain - let me ask you a question: why and where should we complain, with which "reliable" senders are users? If not, then WHO?? And why should we complain at all, because a report sent on time must also be recognized additionally if the post office does not work and something goes wrong.
A post date stamp is perhaps sufficient proof. The same in BBS, so date and even time are at least equivalent to a postmark, if not more accurate. It's in the headers of the messages he sends me in a packet, even if they arrive via dropped lines a little later.
But the fact that they didn't arrive on time was not the fault of any user and not at all of any "reliable" sender that I don't know. I really don't understand who it could be.
