Mon VHF meeting in Holice in 2009 with the organizers of both VKV QRP of the race, ČRK and OK1DOM, are trying to solve the double-tracking, when two QRP races are held simultaneously during one weekend. The first proposal - to move the race to Saturday afternoon only - was rejected in the discussion. After another negotiation, during which we can praise the correctness on both sides and the sincere interest in the matter, we came to the opinion that it would be best to leave the theories as theories and try the solution in practice. So, 2010 will be a test year.
Until now, it was possible to choose between two races, or broadcast only on Sundays in the Classic QRP race and send the results to the 24-hour race as well. Now there will be three races during the weekend, which can be combined at will. We ask all participants to try to participate in the Saturday race as well, so that it is possible to evaluate what can realistically be achieved at that time.

Druhý pretek bude Klasický QRP pretek, ktorý organizuje Mirek OK1DOM. Bude možné začať číslovanie spojení od ľubovoľného čísla tak, aby najvyššie odovzdané číslo počas preteku bolo 999. Zmenou len pre rok 2010 je možnosť začať číslovať podľa uvedeného, stanica bude hodnotená aj v prípade, že má viac ako 10 % chybných spojení, a nová e-mailová adresa na zasielanie denníkov je QRP@seznam.cz
The new race will be the Saturday QRP race, which will start on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 14:00 UTC, the same time as the 24-hour race, and end at 20:00 UTC. Only electronic diaries in EDI format will be accepted, other conditions are the same as for the Classic QRP race. Diaries are sent to the address sqrp@crk.cz, in the subject of the e-mail it is necessary to mention SATURDAY and the call sign.
Mirek OK1DOM will evaluate the Saturday and Classic QRP race to Holice 2010, where the preliminary results of the QRP race organized by ČRK will also be available. The race will be discussed at the VKV meeting in Holice 2010 and then the next course of action will be decided.
We ask that this year be seen as a test year - our goal is to find a way to satisfy as many people interested in competing as possible. We realize we've created some confusion, but we haven't seen a reasonable way to seriously explore what to do next.
