Result list of the 5th stage of SLP 2006

The fifth stage of the SLP 2006 competition, which took place on July 8-9, brought exciting battles and surprising results between radio amateurs and listeners SWL. Vladimir Ignatov (R3A-847) did the best in this stage, who with an impressive number of 61,523 points not only took the first place, but also significantly strengthened his interim score in the annual ranking. The second place belonged to Jozef Marcincák (OM3-0001) with 42,733 points, while the bronze went to Jan Mandos (NL997) with 40,300 points, thus maintaining his stable position among the leading participants.

Other notable performances included Gosse Helmus (NL13181) with 27,060 points and Paul Lemeire (ONL3058) with 21,037 points. Although Hans Lambregts (NL7403) and Marc Stinkens (ONL4638) scored fewer points, their results prove that even the lower ranks bring a balanced and competitive competition.

At the same time, this fifth stage fundamentally influenced the annual ranking, where NL997 leads with 145,521 points, closely followed by R3A-847 and OM3-0001.
