    Results of PA VKV/UKV stage February 2006

    Výsledky februárovej etapy pretekov PA VKV/UKV za rok 2006 prinášajú prehľad aktivít slovenských a zahraničných rádioamatérov na pásmach 144 MHz, 432 MHz a 1296 MHz. V kategórii SO-144 MHz sa na prvom mieste umiestnil OM4ADR (JN98FX) so 107 QSO and 4830 points, followed by OM1AVK (JN88OD) with 69 QSOs and 3893 points. OM5KV (JN97BS) finished third with 54 QSOs and 2561 points. Other active stations were OM5LD, OM3WEB and OM2RL, with the results showing a balanced mix of connection counts and multipliers that affected the overall points gain.

    In the SO-432 MHz category, OM5CM (JN98DF) dominated with 11 QSOs and 360 points ahead of OM5LD and OM2RL. On 1296 MHz, OM5CM took the top spot with 7 QSOs and 200 points, ahead of OM2RL who scored 6 points.

    The interim monthly results for the year 2005/2006 document the activity of individual operators within the PA VHF, while the most active participants in the SO-144 MHz category achieved more than 22,000 points in the sum of individual months. The results of the SO-432 and SO-1296 categories complete the picture of participation in the higher bands, where the number of QSOs is lower, but still significant for the overall ranking.

    The overview of the February stage provides a reliable basis for evaluating the performance, endurance and regular participation of individual radio amateurs, as well as documenting the continuity of activities within the Slovak VHF/VHF program. The evaluation was performed by Laco OM1ZL on March 1, 2006.
