Russian Districts Award (RDA) diploma
Approximately 18 years, radio amateurs can obtain an RDA degree, Russian Districts Award. It is disguised as connections or SWL listener reports at a minimum 100 Russian districts. However, higher diploma degrees are more interesting:

HF connections in any mode from June 12 are calculated 1991.
A convenient feature for an RDA diploma is the site https://mydx.eu/ . You can use it to check the status of an RDA diploma application. Just enter a brand. If you decide to apply for a diploma, save the verification result to an Excel spreadsheet and email rx3rc@rdaward.org as an attachment . In the email, write your address where to send the diploma. Payment for diploma, 10 USD / 10 EUR, you can do via PayPal to the benefit of the account rx3rc@rdaward.org. Then just wait, until the post office delivers your diploma.
