Norway has already approved a 70MHz band for its radio amateurs. The permit also applies to areas, which fall under this country (e.g.. Svalbard, Red Wizard etc.). The permitted power is 100W in these frequency segments: 70,0625 – 70,0875 MHz, 70,1375 – 70,1875 MHz, 70,2625 – 70,3125 MHz, 70,3625 – 70,3875 MHz a 70,4125 – 70,4625 MHz.
