Norway has already allowed the 70 MHz band for its radio amateurs. The permit also applies to areas that fall under this country (e.g. Svalbard, Jan Mayen, etc.). The permitted power is 100W in the following frequency segments: 70.0625 – 70.0875 MHz, 70.1375 – 70.1875 MHz, 70.2625 – 70.3125 MHz, 70.3625 – 70.3875 MHz and 70.4125 – 70.4625 MHz.
