These conditions are valid from June 1, 2008 for Klasický QRP plant. Compared to the previous conditions, only the address for sending paper diaries has changed. Classic QRP race on VHF takes place every first full weekend in August on Sunday from 07.00 UTC to 13.00 UTC in the 144 MHz band.
Competition categories: 144 MHz SO and 144 MHz MO
SO (SINGLE OP) – a station operated by an individual without any outside help during the race. External assistance during the race is understood as own operation of the broadcasting and receiving equipment, routing of antennas, keeping a diary and overview of the stations that were worked with, operation of equipment for access to the PR network or the Internet. MO (MULTI OP) – other stations

Types of operation: CW and phones according to the permit conditions, while it is necessary to follow the recommendation of the I. Region IARU for various types of operation in frequency sections of amateur radio bands.
All station equipment must be placed on an area with a maximum diameter of 500 meters. The position of the station must not be changed during the race.
Spojenia EME, cross-band and via ground or space transmitters are not counted in the races. The use of a remote receiver or transmitter is not allowed. Only one valid connection can be counted with each station in the race, where the complete competition code has been sold and confirmed by both stations. Repeated connections must be marked in the log (RPT, DUPE, etc.) with a point value of 0.

The contest code consists of RS or RST, sequence number of the connection and WW-locator. The sequence number of the connection must start with the number 001. The complete code, including the sequence number of the connection from 001, is also sold by non-competing stations that do not want to be rated. Three zeros - 000 - is not a proper sequence number and the connection will be marked as invalid by the evaluator. Stations that do not want to be rated do not have to send a log!
Scoring: One point is counted for each kilometer of distance covered between the two stations. The point value of the connection in the competition diary must be given as a whole number. 1 point is counted for a connection in the same WW-locator. According to the recommendation of the I. Region of the IARU, a coefficient of 111.2 should be used for the conversion of degrees to kilometers, taking into account the curvature of the Earth. The WGS-84 system (World geodetic system 1984) is used to determine the latitude and longitude of the competitive position for calculating the locator. Connections with non-competing stations are also valid, but they are obliged to sell the entire competition code, including the sequence number.
The competition diary can be sent to the evaluator in electronic form or in paper form.

The electronic diary must be in the EDI format (REG1TEST), designated as the standard format for the evaluation of plants within Region I. IARU. The diary in another format will not be accepted and the station will not be evaluated in the race. A legible photocopy of the station diary is sufficient as a paper diary. The diary from the race must be sent to the evaluator's address no later than the tenth day after the end of the race.
The connection is invalid if the station has in the log:
any error in the received code, i.e. in the tag, report, sequence number of the connection or locator if the difference in the connection time is greater than 10 minutes compared to the correct UTC time.
The station will not be evaluated in the race:
for failure to comply with the competition or permit conditions for more than 10% miscalculated distances for false or erroneous data entered in the competition diary for unsportsmanlike behavior in the race.
Log submission:
