Year by year it is slowly coming together and we have here another version of DX atlas 2.2. I will only mention this version briefly.
The atlas itself is the same in all points, as I described them last time. However, there are significant differences in the new version:
- Registration is required, pretože ak sa do tridsiatich dní neuskutoční, atlas ako taký prestane skutočne fungovať. Nie ako pri predchádzajúcej verzii, ktorá fungovala aj po skončení 30-dňovej lehoty na registráciu. A nepomôže ani opätovná inštalácia programu. Možné riešenie je len riadne vyčistenie registrov systému.
- SSN number, ktoré sa automaticky zadávalo samo tak, ako bolo v programe atlasu nastavené, je teraz prepojené s novou verziou Iono PROBE 1.11, ku ktorej je taktiež potrebná registrácia.
- The only novelty in the program itself is that you can upload a database of islands, cities and prefixes priamo v otvorenom programe.
Bohužiaľ, I am not able to say, čo je vo verzii 2.2 nové oproti 2.1, pokiaľ ide o aktualizáciu ostrovov, miest či prefixov. Predpokladám, že je možné nahrať dané súbory aj do staršej verzie a snáď to bude fungovať.
Conclusion:
Ak máte možnosť sťahovať si SSN from the Internet, you can enter it into version 2.1 yourself and the atlas will work the same. If you do not use ionospheric data - there is nothing to solve.
Môj záver je: I'm staying with version 2.1 for now and when I have time, I'll try to update the database from version 2.2. Ak to samozrejme pôjde.
