A new one was presented at Tokyo Ham Fair 2012 Icom IC-7100 HF/VHF/UHF transceiver with touch screen. The novelty could be the successor of the successful IC-706 mobile transceiver.

The IC-7100 is the first transceiver that (in some versions) also offers a 70MHz band. The front panel with the speaker is removable and allows you to hide the body of the device out of the operator's field of vision. Built-in PSV the meter will also work on VHF/UHF. IF dsp takes care of filtering and standard functions such as notch or noise reduction. The IC-7100 has a slot for an SD memory card, where audio can also be recorded. Audio input and audio output are connected directly via USB (probably an integrated sound card).
IC-7100 is currently presented as a sample piece, it is possible that some things will be improved after it goes on sale.
