III. the year of the amateur radio meeting in Drozdov pleased many amateurs

Everything worked out, what such a meeting needs….Thanks to Karol for securing the building and the prompt staff of the pension, OM5NS and another Karol OM5KP. For several, they also booked accommodation in the facility. Miro made it possible to buy new devices and components,OM5AWS,with its wide range, but Jano also contributed details, OM3ID aka OK8ID…

Thanksgiving also belongs to many xyl, girlfriends and girlfriends, which made their stay in Drozdov more pleasant with their own “milym sialencom – amateur”

Last but not least, all participants in the meeting should be thanked, which ones, it appears, won the radio amateur hearts of many. This year, the number of participants presented increased to 137 persons. They completed the longest kilometer route, as is traditional, Stanko OM8AQ s Vierkou OM8YL, daughters OM8QA and OM8KW, who built from Kosice, but from the Czech Republic ***** constructor Ferko also stayed with his girlfriend, OK1NOF from Brandys n.L.. Several also made a tourist trip to Velky Inovec.

The SARA Old-Timers Club stairway also took place, which adopted staff changes in the OTC Council, decided to issue a new diploma of the NATIONAL PARKS OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC, as well as the organization of a two-stage race MEMORIAL OTC SARA. Detailed conditions of the diploma and the race will be published in the near future.

A decision was also taken, that the OTC deficit will always take place in the future at the meeting of radio amateurs in Drozdov.
