Everything that needs such a meeting went well... Thanks to Karol, OM5NS, and another Karol, OM5KP, for securing the facility and the prompt staff of the guesthouse. For several, they also booked accommodation in the facility. The purchase of new devices and parts was made possible by Miro, OM5AWS, with his wide assortment, but Jano, OM3ID alias OK8ID, also contributed small things...
Thanks also go to the many XYLs, girlfriends and friends who made the stay in Drozdov more pleasant with their "lovely crazy - amateurs".
Last but not least, we must thank ALL the participants of the meeting, which seems to have won the hearts of many radio amateurs. This year, the number of presented participants increased to 137 people. Stanko OM8AQ with Vierka OM8YL, daughters OM8QA and OM8KW, who traveled from Košice, but the constructor Ferko, OK1NOF from Brandýs n., also arrived from the Czech Republic with his girlfriend. L. Several also made a tourist trip to Veľký Inovec.
A meeting of the SARA Old-Timers Club was also held, which accepted personnel changes in the OTC Council, decided to issue a new diploma of NATIONAL PARKS OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC, as well as to organize a two-stage OTC SARA MEMORIAL race. Detailed conditions of both the diploma and the race will be published in the near future.
It was also decided that in the future the OTC meeting will always be held at the meeting of radio amateurs in Drozdov.
