The full text of the Russian DX Contest terms and conditions can be found at www.rdxc.org. A significant innovation concerns the sending of logs. These must be sent exclusively in the CABRILLO format, and in case, that you aspire to a TOP3 position (in any category), you must send the journal to 36 hours from the end of the contest, tendons do 14 days.
