VHF-DX-Group DL-West released a new version of the VHF database for private users and sysops of DX-clusters (type: CLX, SPIDER, AK1A or DXNet).
The author of the original database in Aces is Guido DL8EBW. Most of the data was collected during our events in previous years. In addition to them, we used information from DX-clusters and other VHF sources. We also daily exchange the obtained data with the DK3XT database (Make More Miles On VHF and Es page DK5YA).
The author assumes no guarantee that the data is correct or complete. The files are for private use only - please do not copy or distribute them over any networks.
Everyone can get them by email after paying 5 EUR or 5 USD (please send c low price stamps or one banknote). The address is: VHF-DX-Group DL-West, c/o DL8EBW, G.Juenkersfeld, Gustav-Freytag-Str.1, 42327 Wuppertal, GERMANY. It is important to write the email address where the files should be sent to you (min. 2MB).
The database can be used with a diary VQLog (EA6VQ)a contestovým programom OHTest (OH6HFX). Klaus DG0KW vytvoril voľne šíriteľný VIEWER (prehliadač), v ktorom je možné údaje tiež prezerať.
Sysops of DX clusters can request the database for free. Just enter the cluster brand, type, sysop brand and its email address. However, the database can only be used for the cluster, not in the VQLog and OHTest programs. We will register any abuse of the database!
From time to time it is necessary to update the database. Send us your data and data from your friends! Especially the brand and locator changes very often. We hope he will be happy with the new database (minimum 3000 changes and 1000 new calls)!
