Update Q-codes and morse code or not?

We use a number of abbreviations and Q-codes every day in amateur radio connections. With the development of the Internet, this communication is also partially changing. Many amateurs have their own site and email. How would you ask in a telegraph link to the email or website of the other station? And on the other side, as if transmitting an at sign “@” in the email address?

One of the proposed modifications would be the introduction of new Q-codes, for example QRE (What's your email address? / My email address is…) and adding a new character to the Morse code. What is your opinion on these issues?? You are upgrading?
