1. Organizer
Český radioklub (ČRK) v spolupráci so Slovenským rádioklubom (SARA) vyhlasuje prvý medzinárodný „OK-OM DX SSB contest 2014“.

3. Categories
- SOAB – one operator – all bands – power up to 1500 W
- SOAB – one operator – all bands – power up to 100 W
- SOAB – one operator – all bands – QRP power up to 5 W
- SOSB – one operator – one band (6 bands: 160, 80, 40, 20, 15, 10 m), categories: HP, LP, QRP
- BRIDGE – multiple operators, one transmitter
- MO2T – more operators, two transmitters
- SWL - listeners - all bands
Applies to all bands 1.8-28 MHz except for the WARC bands.
3.1 The participant can participate in the all-band category as well as several single-band categories at the same time. He can apply until seven categories – all bands, 160 m, 80 m, 40 m, 20 m, 15 m, 10 m – and get up to six diplomas.
3.2 Participants who race on only one band, but establish connections on other bands, will also send the logbook from these bands for review.
3.3 Participants are divided into three groups: the world, Europe, OK + OM.

4. General rules
4.1 Transmitters and receivers must be placed in a circle with a diameter of max 500 m and all antennas must be connected by cables - feeders.
4.2 Use is permitted in all categories packet a WEB-clusters.
4.3 The use of IP networks for remote reception, including Internet radio, is unsportsmanlike and the reason for disqualification.
4.4 Self-spotting is not allowed. Negotiating connections via phone, internet or other means before or during the race is forbidden.
4.5 Using other call signs to maintain a working frequency on other bands, schedule skeds, or negotiate retuning due to multipliers is forbidden.
4.6 One operator can switch between bands without restriction, but it can transmit only one signal at a time.
4.7 Station in the category one operator musí byť obsluhovaná výlučne jednou osobou, ktorá vykonáva všetky úkony – vysielanie, logovanie a prácu s clusterom.

4.8 BRIDGE stations must comply the ten minute rule.
The initial time is determined by the moment of the first connection on the given band.
- It can only be broadcast at one time one signal.
- Exception: the second signal is enabled on a different band only when establishing a connection with a new multiplier.
- Not even on this band, however it is not allowed to call a challenge.
- If connections are made that violate this rule, they may be logged, however, they will not be counted or penalized and will be used only for control.
4.9 MO2T (multiple operators, two transmitters):
- Maximum two signals on two different bands at the same time.
- Every transmitter can switch between bands a maximum of 8 times per hour (00-59 minute).
- For example switching from 40m to 80m and back = two switches.
- Both stations can make arbitrary connections.
5. Competition code
5.1 Stations outside OK-OM: report + serial number of the connection from 001.
- BRIDGE: numbering can be common or separate for each band.
- MO2T: číslovanie môže byť zvlášť pre každé pásmo alebo pre každú stanicu. Spojenia musia byť v logu jasne označené.
5.2 OK + OM stations: report + district emblem (three letters).
6. Scoring

6.1 OK + OM stations:
- QSO with your own country – 2 points
- QSO with another country on the same continent – 3 points
- QSO with another continent – 5 points
Note: OK and OM are different DXCC entity, QSO between OK and OM = 3 points.
6.2 Stations outside OK – OM:
- QSO with OK + OM station – 10 points
- QSO with own country – 1 point
- QSO with another country on the same continent – 3 points
- QSO with another continent – 5 points
6.3 Stations /MM they do not count as a multiplier, but always count for 5 points.
6.4 SWL stations they must record one or both stations in connection, otherwise the same rules apply.
7. Duplicates
7.1 A duplicate is a repeated connection to the same station on the same band.
- If the first connection valid, every other = 0 points.
- If the first connection invalid, another one is valid.
7.2 Duplicates are reported in the journal, it is not necessary to label them.

8. Multipliers
They are used two types of multipliers:
- everyone OK and OM district on each band separately,
- each one DXCC and WAE country on each band separately.
9. Total score
Total score = (sum of QSO points) × (sum of all multipliers).
The organizer will perform the calculation after computer processing.
