It is a modern and high-quality logger with support and is constantly being actively worked on.I use my own config for the SSB league https://github.com/tomasgeci/n1mm-ssb-liga also with the control of district signs. For OMAC I use WPX-SSB contest setup.
As Tibor OM1TD wrote, Atalanta Locator is a piece of excellent SW, but you need a reasonably configured DOSBOX, and in my opinion, with the existence of N1MM+, there is no reason to use DOS programs for KV plants. It makes more sense for VKV plants.
TR4W is also usable, but one with an older logger. For me, it's definitely a N1MM+ logger, which is also excellent for world competitions – I have de facto standard, with which you won't spoil anything.

there are quite a lot of diaries for KV races. I have been using TR4W for a long time. It is a modern and still maintained diary. The current upgrade is from this October. It is also available in Czech “speaking” version. Its advantage, among other things, is, that uses a minimum of PC system resources. It is programmed in machine code, on the disk it will not take more than 600 kB. It is also functional directly from a USB key. It does not need to be installed on another PC, if you go from a laptop, for example. If you are interested, I will send you configuration files for SSB league and OMAC.
