TTL QRP TX at 40m
Joseph KL7JHM is the author of a very unconventional CW transmitter for the band 40 meters. Only TTL circuits are used – 7400 a 7403. With a 5V supply, the output power is approx 250 mW, at 6V to 360 mW. The output impedance is approx 50 ohm.
The connection consists of two parts: oscillator with IC 7400 and an output stage with IO 7403. The revitalization of the ten-part transmitter does not pose any problems, unless a wiring error is corrected. We supply voltage.
