V dňoch 5. a 6. marca 2005 sa uskutočilo druhé kolo Short Listening Period Contestu (SLP2), v ktorom si merali svoje sily prijímači signálov z celého sveta. Súťaže typu SLP ponúkajú zaujímavú možnosť pre SWL stations to test their abilities and the quality of the reception equipment. In the current round, Jozef Marcincák OM3-0001 did best with 5488 points. Nine participants from different European countries took part in the evaluation, and the results also significantly mixed the overall ranking of 2005.
